The Maternal-Fetal Medicine department is located at the St. Cloud Hospital and is now hiring a Medical Secretary to assist with clinic functions.

- Days | variable start times | Monday through Friday as needed
- Pay
- Pay starts at $19.15/hr and increases with experience
- Pay range: $19.15 - $28.71
Job Duties Include:
- Utilizing a variety of computer software for word processing, financial management, and maintenance of databases
- Ordering and maintaining inventory forms and supplies for clinic
- Answering incoming phone calls and taking messages from staff, physicians, and the public
- Scheduling appointments and sending out appointment materials and reminders
- Preparing patient charts for appointments including abstracting medical records into Epic
- Managing incoming and outgoing patient referrals to specialty clinics
Qualifications
- Graduate of a post high school administrative or health care related program or 2 years of health care related experience required
- Background in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access required
- One year minimum of general office experience
- Medical terminology, experience in a medical office or hospital setting, and background in Epic EMR, billing and coding preferred
