Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, Lobby, Pool area and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, and sweeping.
- Washing, Drying and Folding Laundry
- Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Previous experience as a janitor or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing for long periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
