Part Time Night Audit

Hours: 11pm-7am

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, hospitality skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions and ensure accuracy
- Verify and balance guest accounts, including charges and payments
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide assistance to other hotel departments as necessary

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications
