Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The main responsibilities will be answering phones, shipping boxes, maintaining files, updating paperwork and communicating directly with customers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain office organization through effective filing systems and data entry tasks.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
- Create shipping labels for outgoing shipments.
- Updating paperwork for outgoing shipments to ensure that they are correct and up to our customer's requirements.
- Answer phones and deal with directly with the customers
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
- Experience with front desk operations, including managing multi-line phone systems.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
