Real Estate Marketing Assistant (Part-Time | 15–20 hrs/week) $20 per hr.
(Real estate license not required — strong creative/marketing focus)
We are seeking a highly organized, digital-savvy Real Estate Marketing Assistant to support our growing real estate/design business. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, and comfortable managing deadlines, with strong skills in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and publish marketing content including:
- Social media graphics
- Client newsletters
- Pipeline emails
- Marketing automation campaigns
Manage digital advertising efforts (Adwerx, MetaSuite, Google Ads)
Build and update:
- Moxie presentations
- Buyer/Seller guides
- Property brochure
Grow social media presence through content ideas, trending strategies, and analytics
Support the team with general communication and database upkeep
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
Platforms & Tools
We will train the right candidate, but experience with any of the following is preferred:
Marketing / Brokerage Systems:
- MoxieWorks (MoxiEngage, MoxiPresent, MoxiImpress)
- Adwerx
- ActivePipe
Design & Creative:
- Canva (or similar)
Digital & Social:
- Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
- MetaSuite
- Google Ads
Real Estate Systems:
- MLS platforms (Canopy MLS preferred but not required)
Bonus Experience
(Not required but helpful)
- Previous work within brokerage environments (Howard Hanna, Allen Tate, etc.)
- Familiarity with brokerage branding guidelines/templates
- Real estate industry knowledge
- Vendor coordination experience
- Market research / CMA support
- Creative content direction
