Job Description: Lower Elementary Educator (TK–3rd Grade) Howard Gardner Community Charter School (HGCS) The Role We are looking for a foundational wizard—an educator who understands that for our youngest learners, school should be a place of wonder, safety, and hands-on discovery. Howard Gardner Community Charter School is seeking a TK–3rd Grade Teacher who can weave Math, Literacy, and Science into immersive, project-based experiences. In the lower grades at HGCS, we don't just "sit and get." We explore. We are looking for a teacher with a vibrant, nurturing, and "larger-than-life" personality who can turn a lesson on seed dispersal into a week-long investigative project or transform a subtraction lesson into a collaborative classroom market.
