RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Region’s learning events
• Manage Flex Team operations, including assign work location, coaching

and counseling, and monitor attendance.

• Perform Annual Safety Audits for each practice in the region
• Update open dental functions as needed
• Assist with region’s recruiting efforts
• Assist with other admin duties such as managing schedules, and other

duties as needed.

QUALIFICATION:

• High School Diploma
• Licensed Hygienists
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• OSHA Safety Training (Preferred)
• Open Dental
• Previous presenter/trainer experience, coaching/counseling
• Computer, Microsoft Office, Projector
