What the Job Looks Like
• Greet walk-ins and work phone and internet leads quickly
• Learn the product lineup and match customers to the right machine
• Close units and add accessories, protection plans, and gear
• Manage your follow-up and pipeline in the CRM
• Hit a sales standard of 60 units per rolling 90 days
You'll Do Well Here If You
• Like competing, and like winning more
• Can build trust with a customer quickly
• Take coaching and get better every month
• Ride, or are into powersports (a big plus, not required)
• Have sales experience (automotive or powersports preferred, but proven closers from any industry are welcome)
Schedule & Pay
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday/ Closed Sunday and Monday
Pay: Base pay with monthly commisions and incentives
