What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member - Old Henry A-Crew 6am-4:30pm position at Houston Johnson Inc?
The Operations Team member will be responsible for preparing shipments for transport, receive, put away, pick, and ship product to customers through duties such as labeling and sequencing. The Operations Team Member may also operate tug machines, or other powered material handling equipment on occasion. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving, put-away, picking, replenishment, loading and staging of commodities
Maintaining HJI safety policies and procedures in all areas
Process inventory control and stock rotation safely and efficiently
Know and perform all duties with HJI Quality Standards in mind
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Warehouse experience in fast-paced environment, preferred
Basic oral, written, and numerical communication skills
Ability to use RF scan guns and system equipment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
