What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Porter/Maintenance position at Houston Janitorial Services?
Job is located in Pasadena TX. General building maintenence, must be able to lift at least 50lbs, change light bulbs, maintain restrooms clean and stocked, maintain garage and outside grounds clear from liter. Must be able to work independantly, and work well with building engineer and property manager. Commercial office building maintenance experience a plus. Must also be able to speak and write in fluent English. Must be able to pass a background check & have valid Drivers lincense.
