Job Skills / Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning assigned surfaces.
- Lift and/or carry items over 30 lbs as needed.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning products and tools.
- Ensure building safety by securing doors after hours and checking appliances to prevent hazards.
- Use cleaning solutions and chemicals correctly to remove stains and sanitize surfaces.
- Follow all proper PPE requirements and adhere to SDS guidelines when using cleaning solutions.
- Dust furniture and thoroughly clean surfaces.
- Clean and service restrooms using proper disinfectants and equipment.
- Arrive on time and complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
- Report any needed equipment repairs to ensure proper maintenance.
- Cross-train and assist in other areas as assigned by the Supervisor.

Habilidades / Requisitos del Puesto
Deberes y Responsabilidades:
- Mantener la limpieza vaciando botes de basura, aspirando, barriendo, trapeando y limpiando superficies asignadas.
- Capacidad para cargar o levantar más de 30 lbs según sea necesario.
- Limpiar ventanas, divisiones de vidrio y espejos utilizando productos y herramientas adecuadas.
- Garantizar la seguridad del edificio cerrando puertas después del horario laboral y revisando el uso de electrodomésticos para evitar riesgos.
- Utilizar correctamente soluciones y químicos de limpieza para remover manchas y desinfectar superficies.
- Seguir el uso adecuado de EPP y cumplir con las guías del SDS al trabajar con soluciones de limpieza.
- Quitar el polvo de muebles y limpiar superficies a fondo.
- Limpiar y dar servicio a los baños utilizando desinfectantes y equipo apropiado.
- Llegar puntualmente al turno y completar todas las tareas dentro del tiempo asignado.
- Reportar cualquier reparación necesaria del equipo para asegurar su buen mantenimiento.
- Capacitarse y apoyar en otras áreas según lo asigne el Supervisor.
Obligatorio: Verificación de antecedentes y prueba de drogas en el sitio.
