What will I be doing?
- Assist with the planning and development of new and existing large-scale projects
- Manage multiple projects, including those overseeing the team management for direct child care services including financial aid eligibility
- Develop action plans to streamline processes and achieve expected outcomes in a timely manner
- Ensure programs and services are delivered in accordance with the Workforce Board’s directive and compliant with all federal, state and local laws and regulations
- Supervise diverse team of individuals
- Strategically adjust work load amongst team members
- Effectively communicate unit and project status
Key Qualifications
- Experienced in Project Management Principles and proven ability to handle large-scale projects from inception to completion, and anywhere in between
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively handle multiple competing deadlines
- Skill in allocating scarce resources, including human capital
- Effective leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
- Problem solving capabilities
Do you have…
- Bachelor’s degree in education, educational leadership, early education government, policy, or law
- 7 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, schools, early childhood education, or in job related duties with at least three years in a managerial capacity.

Salary : $90,000 - $97,000
