What will I be doing?
ü Answer child care calls and emails from various stakeholders
ü Assist with outreach to families and providers
ü Assist team with various projects related to child care scholarships
ü Assist with day to day departmental task
ü Order and maintain office supply inventory
ü Schedule meetings for external guest
ü Greet visitors and vendors
ü Assist with onboarding of new staff
Key Qualifications
ü Experience in creating PowerPoints
ü Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
ü Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
ü Problem-solving capabilities
Do you have…
ü Bachelor’s degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study
ü 3 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school, or in job-related duties
