Rate: $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 564-unit apartment community conveniently located near Beltway 8, 59, 610, and I-10, The Galleria, and Memorial City Mall in Houston! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

• Must have two years of property management experience.
• One year of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday

Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
