Compensation Range: $21/hr - $24/hr commensurate with experience

Overview:
The Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations within the office. They will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. They will oversee the reception staff in commercial properties. Provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the receptionist adheres to the schedule of opening and closing of the assigned floors.
- Reviews online booking on our scheduling application OfficeSpace.
- Maintains banned client list on Greetly monthly.
- Maintains accurate staff list on OfficeSpace
- Maintain accurate inventory records of office supplies.
- Place monthly supply orders from the inventory counts of office supplies and pantry items.
- Serve as the point person for supplies within the department and update the Director of Administration with significant changes.
- Maintain a clear and concise package sign-in system to ensure that all packages are delivered to departments promptly.
- Maintain the mail system by sorting and distributing packages as needed in the departments.
- Updating the voicemail system to reflect office closings.
- Email Staff updates for valuable information.
- Organizing and managing various functions in the workplace to make sure there is effective and appropriate work to be done.
- Supervising the workers and keeping various information on projects and targets.
- Forming workplace guidelines and assisting workers understand how to adhere to them by establishing a good example.
- Assign obligations to employees and observe their performance.
- Make suggestions and give feedback on the staff’s efficiency to other mature authorities.
- Set deadlines for goals or projects.
- Interviews new workers and helps in their orientation.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Must obtain their S95 certificate within 90 days (about 3 months) of employment.
- Strong administration skills, minimum 3 years of experience.
