Overview
The Housing Works Emergency & Transitional Housing Program (ETH) provides time limited transitional housing and support services to individuals reentering the community following periods of incarceration or other justice system involvement. Program participants engage in a variety of onsite services, including case management, vocational training, housing advocacy and mental health support that address barriers to accessing housing in the community and help build skills that participants can use to achieve and maintain stable functioning in the community.
Reporting to the Program Manager of Case Management, the Case Management Supervisor provides administrative and operational oversight of the Corona, Queens ETH program site including, but not limited to, supervision of 3-4 case managers, maintaining internal and external quality assurance standards, assisting with the development and implementation of quality improvement activities, facilitating team meetings, ensuring participants receive high-quality of care services, participation in case conference meetings and crisis intervention as needed. The Case Management Supervisor will work closely with the ETH Program senior leadership team to ensure the physical environment and overall delivery of services are aligned with agency goals and participant needs, driving positive outcomes for participants. The Case Management Supervisor is a member of the program’s leadership team, and as such, is expected to uphold the Housing Works organizational values and engage in activities that further the program and agency’s mission.
