What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Coordinator Supervisor position at DeLA Case Management?
Supervise Support Coordinators in the OCDD Waivers (Children's Choice, Supports, ROW, NOW). The supervisor is expected to provide training and support to the support coordinators in his/her department. Supervisor should have experience with intake procedures, CPOC development, revisions, LaPLUS assessment, waiver exception requests, etc. and also be aware of or be willing to become aware of the resources available in the Region VI area. The Support Coordinator Supervisor will conduct weekly supervisory meetings with support coordinators. Travel required throughout Region VI. All travel and training reimbursed by the agency. At least Bachelor's degree in Human Services Field required. Previous experience as Support Coordinator preferred along with supervisory experience.
