Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and effectively manage project timelines.
- Accurately and efficiently perform order entry tasks.
- Transcribe documents and maintain organized records.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk—greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and managing phone systems.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients and team members.
- Maintain and update calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in order entry and administrative support.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Strong front desk management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and calendar management skills.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
