Job Information
Position starting pay: $16.50/hour. The initial review of applications will begin starting the week of October 20th. Applications received before the initial review date will be considered, with qualifying applicants being eligible to participate in the phone screen process.

Position Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Family Empowerment Services (FES) Manager the intern will work closely with Self-Sufficiency Specialists to enhance client engagement, resource dissemination, and assist with the program evaluation process.
- Follow up with clients after annual appointments to provide necessary resources and referrals tailored to their needs.
- Assist Self-Sufficiency Specialists in reviewing goals for Individual Training and Services Plans (ITSP) during group customer meetings, ensuring clients receive structured guidance toward self-sufficiency.
- Maintain adherence to confidentiality policies and ethical guidelines when handling client information, ensuring privacy and compliance standards.
2. Outreach and Resource Development
- Develop and distribute outreach materials, including flyers and newsletters, to inform clients of available services and programs.
- Prepare necessary materials for clients’ annual review appointments, ensuring all required documents are in place for smooth processing.
- Support efforts to increase awareness and participation in workshops and self-sufficiency programs through targeted outreach strategies.
3. Program Evaluation and Data Collection
- Administer surveys to clients to assess program effectiveness and outcomes, collecting feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Upload and organize client information in the department's case management software after group customer meetings, maintaining accurate and updated records.
- Assist in analyzing program data to support continuous improvement efforts and enhance service strategies.
