Role Overview
We are hiring an experiencedProject Manager to support our full-service interior design projects across furnishings, renovations, and custom builds. This person will work directly with the Owner to coordinate timelines, vendors, procurement, installations, and client communications. The role is primarily focused on project logistics and client coordination, with potential to evolve depending on team transitions.
Important Note: This is a full-time, in-office role with regular project site visits. This position is designed as a core role focused on project coordination and client success, with potential for expanded responsibility in construction coordination, depending on internal needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee interior design projects often involving construction from design development through final completion
- Manage project schedules, track vendor timelines, and coordinate internal deliverables
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, trades, and vendors to ensure clarity and alignment
- Review construction plans, elevations, product specification, and design selections to confirm feasibility and adherence to project scope
- Coordinate procurement, including pricing materials, order tracking, lead times, shipping logistics, and service issues
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, flag issues, and support punch list resolution
- Support furniture install planning and manage project close-out tasks
- Maintain documentation including scope of work and material details spreadsheet
- Anticipate and resolve project roadblocks to maintain timelines and elevate client experience
- Organize and update task systems using Google Drive, Sheets, Canva, and other internal tools
Experience Education Required
Candidate must:
- have 3 years project management experience in interior design, architecture, or construction
- possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited school

Compensation Benefits:
- Salary Range: $52k - $60k Bonus
