We are seeking a talented, experienced, and dedicated Executive Sous Chef to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be the right hand to the Executive Chef, ensuring culinary excellence, kitchen efficiency, and team collaboration every shift.

What You Will Do:

Oversee daily kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef

Lead and mentor back-of-house staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and utility team

Foster a positive, collaborative kitchen culture centered around excellence and teamwork

Conduct daily shift briefings and ensure clear, efficient communication throughout the team

Execute all menu items and recipes consistently and with precision

Control food quality, safety, and presentation while driving cost efficiencies

Manage kitchen cleanliness, organization, equipment maintenance, and health standards
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen

Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others

Excellent culinary skills with a deep understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
