Family Personal Assistant

A Busy Professional Couple is looking to hire a LOCAL Experienced Family Personal Assistant to maintain the smooth operations of the interior and exterior of their Main Line home and grounds in Villanova, PA. 
MUST be ALREADY LIVING local to the area, familiar with the area, nd within a close proximity of the home.

With full autonomy, the highly organized candidate will have integrity and will be a self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done, yet can take direction if needed. A pleasant professional, with no attitude, who will oversee everything needed to run the functioning household with attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Managing the weekly cleaning staff, lawn service, pool maintenance, and landscaping vendors etc. Must be highly communicative!
• Arrange frequent business and personal travel.
• Work closely with the Principal to help facilitate 2 large parties (Summer, Holiday), including invitations, menus, etc. 
• Pet Care: Let the dog out twice a day.
• Forward bills to the family Accountant.
• Errands: Dry Cleaners; Post Office, Etc.

About the Family

Adults: 2 Busy Professionals, average travel:1week/month, 2 weeks/month during Summer
Dogs: Sweet, Newfoundland, and Alaskan Shepherd mix. For additional compensation, the family is open to overnights when they travel to watch their sweet dog.

Home SQFT: Approx 8K 

Position Requirements

• MUST be ALREADY LIVING local to the area, familiar with the area, nd within a close proximity of the home
• Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Languages: English, Must be highly communicative
• Years of Experience
• Driving: Yes
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background check upon a contingent offer of hire

Position Compensation

• Salary: $40-$50 DOE
• Health Insurance: Yes, or if the candidate does not need HI, they are willing to pay a higher salary
• Living Accommodations: Live Out
• Vacation: Yes
