Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, and caulking.
- Apply paint to various surfaces using brushes and rollers.
- Ensure all projects are completed with a high level of craftsmanship.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a residential painter.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Must be skilled in both brush and roller application techniques (no spray).
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Salary range: $45,000 to $70,000 (based on experience).
- Additional performance-based bonuses may apply
