What You Bring to the Table

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• A warm, professional presence and natural ability to connect with guests
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to manage reservations, wait times, and seating efficiently under pressure
• Comfort handling carry-out orders and operating a point-of-sale system
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 or older (required for alcohol service responsibilities)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

Your Role in the Experience

• Welcome every guest with a warm, genuine greeting and make them feel at home from the first second
• Manage reservations and walk-in traffic with accuracy and calm efficiency
• Provide honest, friendly wait time estimates and proactively communicate with waiting guests
• Answer phone inquiries and assist with reservations with professionalism and care
• Seat guests thoughtfully according to the seating system and server rotation
• Assist with carry-out orders, including packaging and timely delivery to guests
• Support servers and the broader team by assisting with pre-bussing, table resets, and side work
• Notify management immediately any time a guest is not fully satisfied
