What are the responsibilities and job description for the Poultry Pullet Vaccinator position at House of Raeford?
Responsible for vaccinating breeding poultry and supporting field operations. Includes sample collection, record-keeping, and assisting with various farm activities. Must be able to work independently and in varying environmental conditions.

Collect blood and fat samples from farms on a scheduled basis

Complete all required paperwork and maintain organized records

Accurately weigh pullets, hens, and roosters

Vaccinate breeding stock via water and spray methods according to schedule

Supervise pullet vaccination crew

Assist Breeder Service Technicians as needed in the field

Support pullet and spike moves, and other on-farm activities

Deliver supplies from warehouse to farms
Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and dusty environments

Basic knowledge of animal husbandry practices

Ability to safely climb ladders

Valid driver’s license and clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

Proficiency in basic computer and math skills

Strong time management skills

Self-motivated and capable of working independently without direct supervision.
