The HR Clerk supports the Human Resources department with employee records, onboarding, data entry, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This position works closely with employees and the HR team to keep information accurate, organized, and confidential.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee files and update information in ADP.
- Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and onboarding.
- Scan, upload, and file HR documents.
- Assist with employment verification requests.
- Help employees with basic questions about company policies, benefits, and ADP.
- Track missing paperwork and follow up with employees.
- Assist with attendance records and payroll information as needed.
- Prepare reports and assist with HR projects.
- Refer employee concerns or questions requiring further review to HR management.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work with employees from different backgrounds.
