Job descriptionHouse of Miracles is an independent auto body shop serving the community since 1980. We are looking for a Prepper to join our team in our Paint Department. Looking for a positive attitude and desire to grow. We offer benefits and growth opportunities.

Education/Military Exp/Certification:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- I-Car certified a plus (SHOP sponsored training is provided)
Required Work Experience:
- 1 years as a prepper
- 1 years in Automotive Collision
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented
- Organized and clean
- Team player
- Dependable
- Must be prompt and have good time management
- Self motivated
- Ability to follow directions, processes, policies, and procedures
- Understand color theory
- Understand the corrosion protection process
- Have a keen eye for quality and detail
- English a must, bilingual a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles before prepping
- Prepare surface for primer and/or paint
- Mask vehicles for primer and/or paint
- Able to trouble shoot day to day paint production issues
- Support team members as needed
- Log all materials usage
- Color, sand, polish, and fix paint imperfections
- Follow all county, state, and federal guidelines for safety and paint procedure
- Work closely with lead painter
Training Expectations: Maintain a current resume on file in the employee training records
- Complete I-Car training and/or courses specializing in auto body repairs procedures
- Stay up to date with refinish technologies and procedures
- Complete required industry training within 1 year for professional growth
