Job Description
House of Miracles is an independent auto body shop serving the community since 1980. We strive in providing CUSTOMER FOCUSED solutions for our customer. We are looking for Combo Technician | BP/RI/Light Body and Prep to join our team. Looking for a positive attitude and desire to grow. We offer benefits and growth opportunities. Education/Military Exp/Certification:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
Required Work Experience: 2 years as a collision technician
Qualifications:
- Organized and clean
- Team player
- Dependable
- Must be prompt and have good time management
- Self-motivated
- Ability to follow directions, processes, policies, and procedures
- Have a keen eye for quality and detail
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to stop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception
- English a must, bilingual a plus
- Bonus of light bodywork
Duties and Responsibilities:·
- Support team members as needed
- Follow all county, state, and federal guidelines for safety procedure
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with the company's rules and policies
- Inspect vehicles for internal structure and parts & identify additional damage, reassemble vehicle
Training Expectations:·
- Maintain a current resume on file in the employee training records
- Complete I-Car training and/or courses specializing in auto body repairs procedures
- Stay up to date with technologies and procedures
- Complete required industry training within 1 year for professional growth
