Program Operations Coordinator
Immediate Hire | Part-Time (20-35 hours per week) | On-site
The House of Lebanon (HOL) is seeking a proactive and organized Program and Facilities Operations Coordinator to oversee programs/projects aligned with our mission and to handle administrative & facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, coordinate, and market activities & programs that align with HOL’s mission, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate communication among volunteers and participants to ensure programs run smoothly
- Track outcomes of each program, manage records and reports, and help evaluate impact for continuous improvement and funding requirements
- Conduct research and outreach to identify, evaluate, and onboard third-party vendors, contractors, and consultants in alignment with HOL's needs and organizational priorities.
- Promote programs through social media, newsletters, and community channels to increase awareness and participation.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials (flyers, emails, digital content) that clearly communicate program benefits and details.
- Manage internal communications: prepare/distribute letters, meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including mail management, office supply tracking, inventory, and recordkeeping.
- Oversee building maintenance, remodeling, and inspections; coordinate with vendors, utility providers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Support HOL programs and weekend events with logistical coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Nonprofit or Project Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in operations or facilities management, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working three days per week with two days at the HOL facility and one day via remote work. The three days per week excludes the occasional weekend availability for events. This position will also include occasional weekday/weekend evening events. Scheduling will be discussed with the Board President two weeks in advance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Lebanese American community.
- Fluent or proficient in Arabic.
