What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pet Groomer position at House of Hounds?
House of Hounds is seeking an experienced Pet Groomer to join our team.
We are booked out at both locations and currently have a waitlist for new clients, which means steady grooming appointments and strong earning potential from day one.
At House of Hounds, we believe in quality over quantity. We are not a high-volume grooming salon. Our focus is on giving each dog the time, attention, and care needed to achieve a beautiful, quality groom. Most of our groomers complete 3 to 4 dogs per day, allowing them to work carefully and take pride in their craft.
All dogs are groomed start to finish. We do not double-stack appointments, and our grooming salon rooms are private suites, allowing groomers to focus on each dog without constant interruptions. Our environment is calm, serene, and caring. We are not a chaotic salon with nonstop barking and rushed appointments. We believe dogs look and feel their best when they are groomed in a peaceful setting by groomers who have the time to do excellent work.
House of Hounds has built a strong reputation for exceptional pet care and grooming in the area. Our Nitro location has been serving clients for 20 years, and our Charleston location has been serving clients for 10 years. We are proud of the loyal client base we have built and are excited to continue growing, with plans for future expansion.
