Description:

Provides administrative and financial support for agency operations and grant-funded programs. Assists with grant tracking and monitoring, financial processing and documentation, rental assistance recordkeeping, and preparation of programmatic and financial reports. Performs a variety of administrative duties to support effective program implementation and ensure compliance with funding requirements, agency policies, and regulatory standards. Maintains accurate records, supports data management and reporting activities, and collaborates with staff to promote efficient and accountable program operations.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, financial management, grant administration, or a related area preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience working with grant-funded programs, housing and homeless services programs, or nonprofit organizations preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to become proficient in databases and financial management systems.
  • Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and time-management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with agency policies and regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with staff, program participants, funders, and community partners.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and a minimum of three years of licensed driving experience.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
