What You’ll Do
- Run scheduled in-home estimate appointments (no cold calling)
- Evaluate project scope, take measurements, and define the work required
- Apply construction knowledge to recommend the right approach and materials
- Prepare clear, accurate estimates homeowners can trust
- Confidently present and close projects
- Clearly document scope, notes, and photos for technician handoff
- Ensure jobs are properly scoped to avoid change orders and rework
- Identify opportunities to bundle additional work
- Promote ongoing home maintenance plans
- Represent the company at local networking and community events
- Accurate scopes that technicians can execute without confusion
- Strong close rate and consistent monthly revenue performance
- High-quality job handoffs with minimal callbacks or scope gaps
- Increasing average ticket size through thoughtful recommendations
- Positive customer experience and repeat business
- Performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential

Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
