Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Springfield, VA. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, including conducting assessments, creating and implementing individualized care plans, and delivering hands-on medical care such as wound management. Additionally, the RN will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care and support. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on clients' well-being and quality of life.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Nursing and Medicine, including the ability to assess patient health, administer treatments, and manage chronic conditions
- Proficiency in Home Care, Patient Care, and developing individualized care plans to enhance client well-being
- Experience with Wound Care and providing specialized medical treatments to patients in home-based settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain relationships with both clients and their families
- Active RN license in good standing in the state of Virginia
- CPR certification and knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures
- Ability to work independently in the field and adapt care to varied patient needs
- Experience with elderly or special needs individuals is highly desirable
