Accountant

We have an immediate opening for a full-time on-site accountant who is knowledgeable, detail oriented, organized, and professional.

Ideal candidate will have:

·       Accounting degree or equivalent bookkeeping/accounting knowledge or experience

·       Excellent communication – written and verbal

·       Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Excel, MS Word, Sage 50 (fka Peachtree) a plus

·       Knowledge of accounting processes and entries

·       2 - 5 years general accounting experience

 Duties include:

·       Journal Entry preparation and data entry

·       Analysis of account activity to determine necessary month end adjustments

·       Bank reconciliations

·       Accounts payable data entry, including coding invoices to correct account

·       Spreadsheet creation and maintenance

·       Miscellaneous clerical tasks

·       And much more!
