What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Hound House?
Hound House is looking for an energetic, friendly individual who loves dogs and people! We pride ourselves on complete transparency and making sure that each and every pup that comes through our front door has a great experience, humans included! Duties include, but not limited to, interacting with clients and handling their fur babies, answering phones, scheduling appointments and reservations using Gingr, and maintaining a clean work space and house. Taking pictures of the pups, helping with the dog parties, documenting and communicating dog behavior and important information to the pet parents, and bathing our pups are also a few of the many duties this position requires. This position also includes interacting with play groups at times, upon completion of dog training courses.
Because we sometimes handle high energy pups, this position needs to be filled by someone who has a true passion for animals and can handle dogs of all sizes and breeds.
