Position Overview

The Concierge is the first impression our guests experience when they arrive. This role is essential to creating a professional, uplifting, and guest-centered environment.

Working in an open reception space, the Concierge greets guests, manages front office responsibilities, and provides attentive service while balancing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys holding conversations, connecting with people, and making others feel comfortable-all while staying organized and efficient.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and prepared to welcome guests each morning
  • Greet all guests warmly and maintain a professional, inviting atmosphere in the reception area
  • Print, organize, and ensure completion of paperwork
  • Take and upload guest photos for the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Enter and update guest information in the EMR system
  • Generate and share the upcoming day's schedule with staff
  • Create a welcoming experience while promptly preparing guests for their scheduled visits
  • Communicate effectively with other staff
  • Take note and communicate guest refreshment orders
  • Prepare and schedule FedEx and courier pickups
  • Receive and deliver packages promptly

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality
  • Consistently punctual and dependable in attendance
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable conversing with guests while working on tasks
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with computers and general office software
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently without constant supervision
  • Team-oriented and proactive in supporting others

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day in an open office environment
  • Proficiency in typing and basic computer use
  • Adequate vision to review documents and computer screens
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Office Hours

Monday - Thursday: 7:10 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday: 7:10 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Note: While office hours end at the times above, staff may occasionally need to remain past closing to assist guests, complete documentation, or finish daily responsibilities.

We are closed on weekends and most major holidays.
