HOTWORX Austin (Oak Hill) is looking for new people to add to the team!
Base Hourly Pay Commission AND Bonuses
- Training Pay: $12/hr
- Base Pay: $13/hr
Responsibilities
As a HOTWORX Trainer Sales Associate, you will be responsible for both inside and outside sales; new membership sales, growing our membership base by generating and following through on leads, and attract new leads, retail sales, and ongoing customer service and member engagement.
- Greet members and guests promptly and enthusiastically, creating a friendly, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct studio tours for guests and new members.
- Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
- Complete daily outreach efforts to new leads and in-progress leads.
- Conduct professional guest follow-up and member communications, via text and phone.
- Complete daily studio cleaning activities.
- Be passionate about HOTWORX, its mission, and members' fitness journeys.
Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid/AED Certification (or willing to obtain)
- Commission sales-focused individuals
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Comfortable making daily high-volume sales phone calls
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet monthly sales quotas.
