Are you an experienced driver or trucking professional who is tired of the long hauls but still loves the "puzzle" of logistics? We are a growing Hotshot trucking company looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to take the wheel of our daily workflow.
This is a role designed for someone who knows their way around a hotshot.
The Role
You will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring our fleet stays compliant, our drivers stay supported, and our SOPs are followed to the letter.
- 80% Remote: Manage schedules, routine driver check-ins, and administrative oversight from your home office.
- 20% Field Work: Get hands-on. You’ll meet with Owner-Operators, conduct equipment inspections (Truck/Trailer), and ensure load securement meets our high standards.

What We’re Looking For
- Trucking Experience is Mandatory: You’ve been in the seat or in the yard. You understand the life of a driver.
- FMCSA Expert: Deep knowledge of DOT rules, hours of service, and compliance.
- Load Securement Pro: You know how to strap and chain safely and can teach others to do the same.
- Mechanical Aptitude: (Preferred) Knowledge of truck/trailer maintenance to help diagnose issues before they become costly repairs.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills to manage driver relationships effectively.
