What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse staff and supervisors
- Ensure safety standards and compliance are consistently met
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, and leadership teams
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and inventory accuracy
- Implement process improvements and best practices
