DOT SAFETY CLERK – CDL DRIVER COMPLIANCE
Hotline Delivery is looking for a motivated, organized Safety Compliance Coordinator with knowledge of DOT/FMCSA requirements and CDL driver compliance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain and update CDL driver qualification files
- Track DOT medical cards, licenses, MVRs, and required certifications
- Monitor driver compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Maintain accurate safety and compliance records
- Assist with new driver onboarding and qualification
- Track required inspections, documentation, and safety records
- Assist with drug & alcohol compliance documentation
- Review driver paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Help prepare for DOT audits and compliance reviews
- Communicate with CDL drivers regarding missing or expired documents
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records
- Assist the Safety/Operations team with additional administrative duties
- Light mechanic work, i.e. replace mudflaps, lights, airlines
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience with DOT, FMCSA, CDL, fleet, or transportation safety
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with confidential employee information
- Ability to keep up with multiple deadlines and expiration dates
- Good computer and data-entry skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Transportation or DOT compliance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of commercial vehicles
- Valid Class A CDL is preferred
