Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch live freight shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams in real time.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or service issues.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries while optimizing routes and equipment utilization.
- Maintain accurate records and update transportation management systems.
- Provide outstanding customer service and timely status updates.
Qualifications:
- Previous dispatching, logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation experience required.
- Knowledge of TSA and Air Freight
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Proficiency with dispatch, transportation, or logistics software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
