Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and supervision to all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Oversee hotel operations to ensure high standards of guest services, safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Manage revenue streams through effective revenue management strategies and dynamic pricing to maximize profitability.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aligned with hospitality management best practices.
• Lead human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
• Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors.
• Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Coordinate with department heads to optimize hotel performance during peak seasons and special events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across the property.
• Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries efficiently.
• Support night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.

Skills

• Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience in a resort or hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles including guest services, revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and hotel operations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations diplomatically and effectively.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele better.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on motivating teams and fostering a positive work environment.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures.
• Excellent communication skills paired with strong organizational abilities.
