Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests. Shifts Available: 3PM - 11PM
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing reservations and maintaining records.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests with inquiries or requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Skills
- A background in hospitality or hotels is required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems.
- Previous hotel experience is required, particularly in front desk or guest services roles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
