Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
• Supervise and manage hospitality teams, ensuring high levels of guest service and staff performance
• Implement and maintain hotel guest service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage hospitality operations budgets, monitor financial performance, and execute revenue management strategies to maximize profitability
• Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to streamline bookings, check-ins, and guest data management
• Lead human resources activities such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws
• Handle guest relations issues promptly and professionally to resolve complaints and enhance overall guest experience
• Conduct night audits and oversee financial operations including billing accuracy, cash handling, and reporting
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations across all hotel functions
• Maintain effective communication through managerial channels including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in overseeing daily hotel operations with strong supervisory skills in a hospitality environment
• Extensive knowledge of hotel management principles, revenue management, and financial operations within the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and property management software (PMS)
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing hospitality teams and human resources functions
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations
• Strong managerial communication skills to coordinate teams and communicate effectively with staff at all levels
• Experience with budgeting, managing hospitality operations budgets, and financial management practices
• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and the ability to oversee financial reconciliation processes
