Duties
- Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service problem-solving skills
- Manage reservations through hospitality reservation systems, optimizing room occupancy and guest satisfaction
- Train and motivate team members on hotel policies, phone etiquette, and emergency procedures to maintain a high standard of service
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Conduct night audits and assist with administrative tasks related to guest accounts and billing
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment, preferably resort or hotel experience
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance client communication and guest relations
- Must be able to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to handle hotel emergency procedures confidently and efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles, including guest services, night audits, and client communication strategies
- Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
- Previous experience working with hospitality reservation systems and property management software
