Qualifications

Required

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Minimum 5 years of food & beverage leadership in hotels and independent restaurants

· Proven experience in banquets, catering, and event operations

· Illinois Food Manager Certification & BASSET Certification

· Strong financial acumen and payroll management skills

· Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities

· Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours

Preferred

· Experience with Workday, Profitsword, and Craftable

Salary Range

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
