What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Representative position at Hotel Kinsley?
Hotel Kinsley is seeking a qualified Guest Services member to join our enthusiastic team! We’re looking for individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and committed to providing exceptional service. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists guests with luggage (we have four buildings and all are a walk-up only. three floors max)
- Assist housekeeping as need
- Restock minibars
- Support with daily continental breakfast and sett up of coffee/tea stations
- Cover front desk shifts as needed
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer guest phone calls
- Assist guests in planning activities and local attractions around town
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to please guests
- Have own cell phone and access to Whatsapp
- Physical ability to carry luggage up stairs and lift 50 pounds
- Weekends required
