Responsibilities
- Breakfast Area Duties:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Prepare and replenish food and beverages in the breakfast area as needed.
- Assist guests with breakfast selections and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, wiping tables, and disposing of trash.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Restock breakfast items, condiments, napkins, and silverware as required.
- Clean and sanitize breakfast equipment, utensils, and serving areas.
- Public Area Duties:
- Clean and maintain public spaces such as the lobby, hallways, restrooms, and stairwells, ensuring they are presentable and safe.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate department.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting guests with directions or requests.
- Ensure that all public areas are stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., tissue, hand sanitizers, soap).
- Assist with special guest requests or needs throughout public spaces.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of meeting or event spaces if required.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to maintain safety and security.
- Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.
