Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and respond to guest questions
- Process payments and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards
- Resolve guest concerns and accommodate special requests professionally
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work early morning shifts
