Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails and spirits, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist with food preparation or setup when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or casual settings
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Experience with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing bills confidently
- Previous host/hostess or cashiering experience is a plus; culinary experience is highly valued
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a lively restaurant setting
